Getting your test results
Note that the practice has a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection and we will only release test results to the person to whom they relate unless that person has given prior permission for the release of this information when the test was arranged.
If our reception staff are unable to determine if your test is normal, you will be asked to make a telephone appointment with a Doctor to discuss the results.
Once a doctor has reviewed your test results, you can access them:
- in your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App)
- by calling the surgery on 020 8674 6376 between 3:00pm and 6:00pm. Please note test results are confidential and will only be given to the patient, unless previously agreed with the patient’s consent.
