To request a routine appointment:
- Please fill in our online consultation form. This service is available Monday to Friday from 8am to 5.30pm.
- We will look at the information you give us and decide the most suitable doctor, nurse or health professional to help you.
- You will normally get a response on the same day. Please note that non urgent requests can take 48 hours to process.
- We will book you with your regular doctor if possible. For urgent problems we will book you with the first available doctor.
If you have difficulty using online services, please ask our reception team who can help you, by:

- Our reception desk is open Monday to Friday from 8am to 6.30pm
If you are suddenly taken ill and cannot wait until the next available routine appointment, please phone the surgery during opening hours and explain your situation to the receptionist who will advise you of the best type of appointment dependent upon your circumstances. It is best to do this in the morning so we can find the time to accommodate your request.
If the emergency occurs when we are closed and you need to speak to a GP, please call the out of hours service – 111.

To cancel your appointment:
- reply CANCEL to your appointment reminder text message
- use your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App)
- phone us on 020 8674 6376 during the times of 8am and 6.30pm
If you need help when we are closed
If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or call 111.
Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.
You can also visit a local pharmacist and ask for advice.
If you need help with your appointment
Please tell us:
- if there’s a specific doctor, nurse or other health professional you would prefer to respond
- if you would prefer to consult with the doctor or nurse by phone, or face-to-face
- if you need an interpreter
- if you have any other access or communication needs
Enhanced Access – Lambeth Hubs and Community Pharmacy
Our care navigators are trained to triage your call. They will ensure that you query is directed to the most appropriate person and, that you can access the care you may require as soon as possible.
The practice offers enhanced access hours at the practice on Wednesday and Thursday between the hours of ‘6.30pm to 8pm’ and ‘7am and 8am’ respectively. Additionally, you may be booked in for an appointment at one of the Lambeth Hub sites during normal working hours and weekends. An appropriate clinician such as a GP, Nurse or Pharmacist will carry out the consultation. These services are employed by the practice to offer increased provision of appointments.
Where appropriate, you may be referred to community pharmacy where a qualified clinician will be able to provide a consultation. This service was previously known as CPCS and is now referred to as Pharmacy First.

Home visits are only available for patients who are housebound because of illness or disability and are not available for patients registered outside of our catchment area.
If you need a home visit, please phone as early as possible. The earlier you phone the easier it is for us to organise services.
A doctor or nurse may phone you back as it may be that your problem can be dealt with by telephone advice, or that it would be more appropriate to send a nurse, or arrange hospital attendance.
Please remember that several patients can be seen in the practice in the time that it takes to make one home visit. There are also better facilities for examining and treating patients at the Surgery, so if you are able to make it in to the surgery, we ask that you do this.
